SLAAC DAKAR, through its Centre de Formation aux Métiers Portuaires et à la Logistique (CFMPL), is a leader in vocational training in sub-Saharan Africa. Created in 2011 by the Communauté des Acteurs Portuaires de Dakar (CAP DAKAR) and financed by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the centre is unique in the region. It offers training based on the Competency-Based Approach (CBA), a method adapted to market requirements.
