Le Medical Biology Laboratory of the Institut Pasteur in Dakar is open to the general public. It has two sampling sites. The first is in Plateau, near the Le Dantec hospital. The second is on the VDN, near the Dakar Trade Fair. These locations give the laboratory easy access to its services.

Medical Biology Laboratory opening times

Le Laboratory receives patients from Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 6pm. It is also open on Saturday mornings from 7.30am to 11.30am. This means that opening times are flexible to suit as many people as possible, whether they are professionals or not. This round-the-clock service enables us to meet everyone's needs.

Rigorous quality control

Every day, the Medical Biology Laboratory checks all analytical parameters using internal controls. It also takes part in external quality assessment programmes throughout the year. These measures guarantee reliable and accurate results. As a result, every patient can count on optimal quality and rigorous analyses.
