SetTic, founded in 2013 by Boussoura Talla Gueye and Julie Repetti, is run by two women engineers specialising in information and communication technologies and the environment:

Julie Repetti, a graduate engineer from the École des Mines de Douai, specialises in the environment, industry and strategic business management, with over six years' professional experience. She began her career as an environmental safety engineer at EDF, before moving on to project management positions at Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia.

Boussoura Talla Gueye, a graduate engineer from INSA Toulouse, specialises in information and communication technologies and has over ten years' professional experience.
