Sen Assurance Vie was set up as a public-private partnership by institutional investors from Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and Cameroon, under the leadership of a promoter, insurer and actuary. The latter, a former insurance supervisor at CIMA, has solid experience in the life insurance sector.

The company is a public limited company with a capital of 3,000,000,000 CFA francs, managed by a Board of Directors.

Its head office is located on the VDN, Mermoz Pyrotechnique, lot No. 1, opposite the PDS headquarters.
