GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By confirming your quotation, you accept our general terms and conditions of sale, which can be accessed online at the following link: https://pro.afriqmarket.com/informations/termes-et-conditions. You also agree to the following terms of purchase and contract:

1. Purchasing

There are 2 different types of purchase:

• Buying on the marketplace: buying a lead consulted on the platform and receiving the lead in real time.
• Purchase following an order: the advertiser requests a quote or contacts a sales representative who will then validate the quote or create a new order. The quantity and daily delivery quota will be specified in the new order.

All purchases of leads or appointments are intended for use by the advertiser or its existing customers. Under no circumstances may leads purchased be resold to third parties.

2. Duration of an order

The validity of an order depends on the duration specified in the contract signed by the 2 parties (SenMarketing Digital and the advertiser).
On the one hand, the period of validity of an order can be shortened if all the leads ordered are delivered before the end of the joint commitment.
On the other hand, the validity period of an order can be extended if the delivery of leads has not been completed by the contract end date. In this case, the contract period is extended until the leads are delivered.

3. Delivery

Advertisers receive their leads by e-mail or via the platform provided. The lead is sent as an attachment and in PDF format. All leads purchased are also available in the advertiser's account. These can be consulted at any time.

4. Returns and order cancellations

As the lead is a dematerialised product, any order cannot be cancelled in accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code relating to the right of withdrawal.
On the other hand, if certain leads do not meet advertisers' expectations :
Filters (age, geographical location, gender, annual tax amount, etc.) specified in the contract not respected at the time of delivery.
Incorrect telephone number for the person requesting the quotation (wrong number or wrong person to contact).
Advertisers will be able to request a lead to be recredited by a sales representative.
In addition, a lead can only be claimed within 5 days of the date of delivery.

5. Completion time

We have a lead time of 7 to 10 working days to start receiving leads or appointments.
